Warranty duration depends on product condition and is confirmed in each quotation. Tested or refurbished products may carry up to a one-year warranty; manufacturer coverage for new products is confirmed separately.
Report suspected DOA or shipping damage promptly with order details, serial numbers, packaging photos and test evidence. Return authorization is required before shipment.
